1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the pkr98 platform available at pkr98.asia (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr98 ("pkr98", "we", "us", "the Company"). pkr98 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the pkr98 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of pkr98, or an immediate family member of any such person.

pkr98 may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted. Registering multiple accounts – whether to exploit promotional offers, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose – constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr98 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your credentials is deemed to be your activity, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pkr98 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Documents required for verification include a valid government-issued photographic identity document and, where required, evidence of the payment method used. pkr98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times of that method. pkr98 does not facilitate withdrawals to payment instruments other than those previously used to fund your account, except where expressly agreed in writing.

pkr98 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, loyalty coin rewards, and promotional offers extended to pkr98 players are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer at the time it is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering multiplier before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The applicable contribution rates are published with each bonus offer.
• pkr98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
